-No, often times we recommend staying with your current provider. With our strong negotiation skills, experience in business telecom services, and pricing analysis tools based on previous clients monthly savings, we'll typically find errors in billing or find/negotiate lower rates on your behalf. We are still able to recommend other solutions with available providers at your location as well, we'll present all available options.

-Generally between 30-60 days depending on telecom providers response times, complexity of solutions, number of locations, etc.

1-2 hours total time required. First call will take 10-15 minutes, we'll get a understand of your current solutions, and answer any questions you may have. We'll ask you to sign an LOA (letter of authorization) giving us access to request current invoices, we WILL NOT make any changes to your account without your consent. Once we complete our audit, another 15-30 minutes for a follow up call or email to discuss options available.

-Our audit services are 100% free, we only share the savings earned. If Think Giant was not successful in finding savings for your company, you don't owe us a single dime. This is our guarantee!

-We have several years of experience in the telecommunications sector, most providers will either charge you more for services or fit your business to the wrong solution required. Our dedicated support team will contact the provider on your behalf, saving on average 3-4 hours (wait time, negotiations etc). Think Giant receives updated pricing from our telecom partners and hours of market research. If we find a better rate, we'll ensure your business receives it!

-We share the savings over a 3 month duration, you keep the rest, no matter how long you stay with your provider. This results in your company paying $0.00 for our services. If we can't find savings, you'll receive our audit free of charge
